Returns Policy
You may return any "Rugs" purchased within 7 days of delivery for any reason. To do so you must notify us by telephone within those 7 days. You must return the rug in a suitable water proof packaging and in the condition they were delivered. You must arrange for and pay the costs of returning the goods to us.
Upon receipt of the goods, and subject to them being in satisfactory and resalable condition we will refund the cost of the rug. We will not refund any carriage charges you incur as a result of your cancellation of your order
Note: We will not issue refunds on any rugs that are returned to us damaged or soiled because of poor packaging, we will store the rug at our premises for 30 days for you to arrange collection.

At Encove Ltd t/a iwantarug.com we are committed to protecting your privacy. We will only use the information that we collect about you lawfully (in accordance with the Data Protection Act 1998).
We collect information about you for 2 reasons: firstly, to process your order and second, to provide you with the best possible service.
We will not email you in the future unless you have given us your consent.
We will email you on behalf of manufacturers, for example, related product offers to those you have already purchased, but we will not pass any of your details to the manufacturer concerned.
We will give you the chance to refuse any marketing email that may be sent to you from us in the future.
The type of information we will collect about you includes:

* Miscellaneous marketing information
* Products purchased
The information we hold will be accurate and up to date. You can check the information that we hold about you by emailing us or viewing them in the Customer area on the website. If you find any details that are inaccurate you can either amend them on-line or email us and we will correct them promptly.
The personal information that we hold will be held securely on our back-office database, access to which is restricted.
We may use technology to track the patterns of behaviour of visitors to our site. This can include using a "cookie" which would be stored on your computer. You can usually modify your browser to prevent this happening. The information stored in the cookie is only used to identify you prior to registration on the site.
